The creative principle
Start here.
If you remember one thing from this playbook, make it this. Every other rule is a consequence of it.
The one rule
Don't show three supplements sitting on a counter.
Show how PerglotFit fits into a day you were already having.
Know the brand
PerglotFit in one minute.
PerglotFit is a membership, not a supplement company. That distinction is the whole brand, and it is the thing most creator content gets wrong.
What it is
One system, one price
Three supplements, a personalised nutrition plan, personalised training, progress tracking and monthly member gifts — together for $79.99 a month.
Why people stay
Consistency, not intensity
The product exists to make a routine easy enough to repeat. It is not a transformation challenge and it is not a 30-day shred.
How to frame it
The plan moves with you
Goals change, so the plan changes. Monthly check-ins adjust nutrition and training rather than handing out one fixed programme.
Know the message
Performance. Hydration. Recovery.
Three products, three moments in a day, each with one job. If you can explain this, you can explain PerglotFit. Use the real numbers below — they are on the packs.
Morning · performance
Creatine Monohydrate
Four blueberry gummies. The power and focus step — no powder, no shaker, no grit at the bottom of the glass.
- Creatine Monohydrate 5g
- Betaine Anhydrous 180mg
- L-Taurine 100mg
- Vitamin B12 8mcg
- 120 gummies · 30-day supply
During training · hydration
Electrolytes
One packet in 14–17 fl oz of water. Built for fluid balance rather than as a sugar-loaded sports drink.
- Sodium 360mg · Potassium 470mg
- Vitamin C 90mg · Magnesium 42mg
- Passion Fruit Lemonade · 10 calories
- 0g added sugar, stevia leaf
- 24 packets per box
Night · recovery
Magnesium Gummies
Three raspberry gummies. The close of the day, supporting muscle function and the nervous system.
- Magnesium Bisglycinate 1050mg
- With zinc, vitamin B6 and vitamin D
- Eurofins lab-tested
- 90 gummies · 30-day supply
The other half
The app
Take the quiz, then get meal planning, custom workouts, calorie and macro targets, progress tracking and monthly check-ins. Showing the app on screen is often more persuasive than showing the pouches.
The part people forget
Monthly member gifts
Every month members receive an extra. Unboxing it is some of the strongest content in the programme — mention it even when it isn't the focus of the video.
Stay on brand
How PerglotFit sounds.
Speak in your own voice — scripted ad reads perform badly and we won't ask for them. These are the edges of the lane, not a script.
EmpoweringAccessibleEnergeticStructured
01Motivating
Language focuses on what is achievable and repeatable. Encourage the step between starting and sticking with it.
02Clarity-driven
Strip the complexity out. Plain terms, no jargon, nothing that makes a beginner feel behind.
03Yours, not ours
Your phrasing, your humour, your pacing. If it doesn't sound like your other videos, it is wrong.
04Calm about results
Talk about routine and consistency. Hype undercuts the brand and creates claims we cannot stand behind.
Stay on brand
How it should look.
Clean, modern, product-forward, natural light. Roughly 85% visual to 15% text — let the footage carry it and keep on-screen copy short.
Framing
Image and product first
The product should be identifiable in the first two seconds. If a viewer scrolls past with the sound off, they should still know what they saw.
Text on screen
Keep it under 15%
A short hook and one or two labels. Dense text overlays fight the footage and read as an advertisement.
Grade
Don't shift the orange
Heavy filters, teal-and-orange grades and strong colour casts change the packaging. Keep the pack colours true.
Create the content
Where to film it.
Real settings beat studio set-ups. These are the moments that show the system working rather than the products existing.
01Morning routine
Four gummies with coffee. The thirty seconds that replace a scoop and a shaker.
02Gym bag pack-down
One electrolyte sachet going into the bag — not the whole box.
03Mid-session mix
Sachet into the bottle, mid-workout, sweaty and unstaged.
04In the app
Open the plan, start the workout, log the session, show the macro targets.
05Grocery run
Shopping from the nutrition plan. Shows the membership doing work outside the pouches.
06Wind-down
Three magnesium gummies at night. The quiet end of the loop.
07Gift unboxing
The monthly member gift arriving. Strong hook, minimal effort.
08Check-in day
The monthly adjustment — the clearest proof the plan actually moves.
Stay on brand
Product rules.
These four come from real feedback on published work. They are the difference between a viewer recognising the product and scrolling past it.
Rule 01
Make the format readable
If someone watches with the sound off, it should be obvious that the creatine is gummies. A clean pack shot alone doesn't tell them. Show the gummies.
Rule 02
Show the single sachet
Show one electrolyte stick, not just the pouch. Members need to see they can carry one serving rather than the whole box.
Rule 03
Keep the pack unobstructed
No cropping the logo out, no hands over the wordmark, no recolouring, no distortion, no frame so brief the brand can't be read.
Rule 04
Don't restyle the brand
Use the approved colours and Montserrat. Don't add your own logo lockup, re-typeset the name, or place it on an unapproved background.
Create the content
Hooks that work.
Openers built on the brand's real angles. Rewrite them in your own words — these are directions, not lines to read.
The format switch
"No scoop. No shaker. Just chew."
The system
"Three moments in my day, one subscription."
Personalisation
"My plan changed this month. Here's what moved."
The value maths
"What $79.99 actually covers."
Consistency
"Month three of doing the boring thing."
The gift
"This month's member gift turned up."
Stay on brand
Do & don't.
The clearest way to see the line is to hear it said two ways.
Do say
"I've added these three to my daily routine because having everything in one place makes it easier for me to stay consistent."
- Describe your own experience and routine
- Name the full membership, not just the pouches
- Say what's included for $79.99 a month
- Show the app, the plan and the check-in
- Mention the monthly member gift
- Keep the packaging visible and true to colour
Don't say
"Take PerglotFit and you'll gain 10 pounds of muscle."
- Promise a weight, a size or a timeframe
- Imply it treats, prevents or cures anything
- Call it a replacement for medical advice
- Present it as three supplements and nothing more
- Recolour, crop or heavily filter the packaging
- Post without a partnership disclosure
The rules
Claims to avoid.
This is the part that carries real risk, for you as much as for us. If a line makes a promise about a body or a condition, cut it.
Never
Medical claims
No treating, preventing, curing or diagnosing. Nothing about fatigue, illness, deficiency or recovery from injury.
Never
Guaranteed results
No specific weight loss, muscle gain, measurements or timeframes. No "guaranteed", no "will".
Never
Before / after promises
You can show your own progress. Don't present it as a result the product delivers, or as what a viewer should expect.
Safe phrasing. Describe what you do and how it fits your routine, not what the product does to a body. "I take three at night as part of winding down" is fine. "These fix your sleep" is not.
The rules
Disclosure & your link.
Non-negotiable, on every post, in every format. A disclosure buried in a comment or hidden behind "more" does not count.
Every post
Label the partnership
Use the platform's own paid-partnership tool where it exists, and say it in the caption as well — #ad or "paid partnership with PerglotFit", near the start.
Every post
Make PerglotFit clear
Show or say the brand name. A viewer should never have to guess what is being recommended.
Every post
Include your link or code
Your unique referral link or code goes in the caption, the bio link or on screen. It is how the sale is attributed to you.
The partnership
You create. We reward.

Orange is the accent, not the background. It carries one element per frame — a button, a highlighted word, a marker. Letting it fill large areas flattens the hierarchy and stops it reading as PerglotFit.

Research · high reach.
Broad-discovery tags at 100,000+ posts, sorted by volume. Take any five into each group. Blank cells mean that source did not report the figure.
High reach · 100,000+ posts28 tags · scroll for all
Two sources, not one. The Avg views column and most rows come from a TikTok hashtag pull; the Posts / hr, Avg likes and Avg comments columns come from the earlier agency presentation, which measured a different platform. Where a tag appears in both, the newer post count is shown. Neither set has been independently verified — treat the table as a ranking of relative reach rather than live numbers, and check anything you plan to rely on.

Low reach · under 50,000 posts28 tags · scroll for all
Add your own area to the low tier. Low reach works on local intent, so alongside these, use the city or region tag your audience already follows — a tag for where you actually train will usually beat a broader one. Watch the outliers: a tag with very few posts but very high average views (#wellnessblog, #wellnessisvital) is usually one viral post dragging the mean up, not a reliably strong tag.
